A friendly reminder,

We had mentioned the new Biological Safety Cabinets (BSC) in the March Safety Issue.  The hand-held controller is stored in a holder in order to prevent losing it.  Unfortunately, the holder was removed recently and the remote was left on a table with the back missing, as seen below.

The BSC hand held device is specially configured.  Please don't remove the holder for the remote if you are going to change the batteries.  Make sure to recover the remote after you change the batteries, or else it will be more easily lost.

We have now placed the remote and its holder on the side of the glass door, as pictured below.  If you are unfamiliar with how to use the remote we have posted instructions on the door.  Or, if you are still unsure of how to use it, please contact us.
