The autoclave issue has been resolved and we can again use it on the normal daily schedule. Please remember to during daily start up to flush the autoclave by fully opening the drain flush when prompted and completely closing the drain flush after the flush is completed and before running the autoclave. We have now re-setup the NREL processing time (121C for 60 minutes treatment) and it is named 'NREL'. The other 'liquid' settings are 15 minutes and 30 minutes.
