See the opportunity below to participate in a free lab supply give away with Dow AgroSciences.

Location is Dow AgroSciences LLC 9330 Zionsville Road, Indianapolis.

Saturday, February 3^rd 10am – 2 pm and Sunday, February 4^th 10am – 2 pm

We will be sending a single list from Purdue Agriculture for anyone wishing to participate. You must be on the list to gain access to the giveaway. Please respond via this Qualtrics link Lab Supply Give-Away if you wish to participate.

You will be responsible for your own transportation to and from the giveaway location and for transporting any materials received.

Dear University Partner,

Thank you for partnering with Dow AgroSciences’ Science Ambassadors. As part of this valued partnership, Dow AgroSciences invites you to participate in a science supply give-away on the following dates and times:

Saturday, February 3^rd 10am – 2 pm

Sunday, February 4^th 10am – 2 pm

During this time, you can come stock or re-stock your laboratories with our surplus materials and science supplies. You can see examples of the type of supplies we have for donation below.

This event is by invite-only, and you must sign a donation disclaimer and asset release form (samples attached) to receive the supplies. All materials and supplies must be taken with you on the donation day. Dow AgroSciences will not allow any holds/saves of materials for pick-up at a future date, and the donation items are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Participation in the give-away day is non-transferrable to other schools/organizations, but you may send others from your institution.

Please RSVP by January 29th if you plan to attend or not and include the date and names of the individuals attending the give-away day.

The list below represents some of the items that will be available:

· Lab disposables

· Plates

· Pipette tips

· Tubes- various sizes

· Serological pipettes

· Combi-tips

· Petri dishes

· Ice buckets

· Carboys

· Glassware

· Tube racks (every shape and size)

· Small laboratory equipment (stir plates, vortexes, power supplies, etc.)

· Pipettes

· Pipette racks

· Laboratory storage

· Freezer racks and boxes

· Film cassettes (various sizes)

· Lab miscellany (Forceps, metal spatulas, timers, etc.)

Please note: we have a large supply of items, and we want to make sure the majority of items are taken! We recommend bringing multiple vehicles, SUVs or rent a truck so that you’ll be able to take items on the day you visit.
