HPLC System #4 Trouble

All,

HPLC System #4 was having some trouble on Sunday (1/15/2017). Because the  user did not fill out the log, we cannot immediately connect the problem to the user. Here are a few friendly reminders for using the HPLC systems:

1.     Please fill out the HPLC log whenever you run a sample

2.     If you start running a sample over the weekend or a long holiday, please come back to check on the run periodically so that you can catch and deal with any problems that may arise

The HPLC System has an automatic alarm system. If the system has any problems, it starts to make a consistent beeping noise. We do not want the system alarm to be going off for 24 hours or more. The HPLC system is an expensive piece of equipment that we make sure to carefully maintain. We do not want to damage this system. We hope you understand this message.
