Ryleigh Turner (REM) checked our fume hoods today (Lab 4107):

- hood G clear to regular use;

- Hoods B and C have a new sign attached to them with instructions: “For horizontal use only.  Vertical movement of the sash will no longer protect the user”   -> That means: if you are preparing you experiment, it is okay to move the sash vertically, but every time when running the equipment/experiments, move the sash only horizontally, to guarantee the air flow needed - for your safety.
