The 2018 ISP Certification
renewal audit by
REM is on 6/25/2018. The self-audit checklists need to be
completed and
returned to Lab #333 before 6/12/18. The PI must sign off.
Completed forms will
be given to Director Michael Ladisch for final review.
Discrepancies in safety
protocol must be corrected before 6/20/2018. If you have any
questions, please
contact the LORRE Safety Committee members.
The table below assigns
responsibilities for
completing the audit.
