Mike and Chris: thanks very much for the wonderful time you proportionate to me, Renata and William at your house with my colleagues from LORRE, their family, and friends. 

Mike: thanks very much for all the great help opening so many ways for me to grow professionally and personally, and the power to work with passion for what you do with hard and systematic work. In summary, the work of a great mentor and supervisor. I look forward for many more years of collaborative work!

Carla: thanks very much for all the GREAT help and friendship over the years!

Colleagues from LORRE: thanks very much for joining me and my family yesterday. I enjoyed very much all the moments we worked together and look forward to hearing all the good things you all will be doing.

Dr. Ladisch is inviting everyone to his home (address is:  1014 Kingswood Road West; West Lafayette) on Saturday, July 9 at 5:00 PM with a meal starting between 5:30 & 6:00 PM.  This gathering is to wish Dr. Eduardo Ximenes the best of luck as he moves to IU and also to extend our appreciation to both Dr. Antonio Cruz and Dr. Rosinede Cruz who will both be returning to Brazil in August.

 

Family and friends are all invited, but we would like a head count by 3:00 PM tomorrow (Thursday, June 30).  Please reply to this email with how many will be attending with you and/or your family.  Drinks will be provided, however, If any of you would like to contribute a salad, dessert, etc. it would be greatly appreciated, but is optional.
