Members of LORRE,
Yesterday in meeting I passed around some prototypes for a placard that can be placed on the benchtop if you need to leave while an experiment is running.  The idea is to keep 2-3 of these placards in each lab so that experimental set-ups can be labeled with important information (specifically a cell number) for when you need to leave your experiment.

I asked that you all think of how to improve these placards before we roll them out for full use.  To get your feedback, I want to try something new.  I want to try some crowd editing to get comments and feedback.

Follow this link: https://docs.google.com/drawings/d/11xnvD2P60gW2Uukf9ktvA7_s7BmGJUL0BaOMyq8pTQQ/edit?usp=sharing to a shared space for the fields that will be static in the placards.  Please edit and comment.  You will be using this and I want to know which fields will be most helpful to you to include and how to word them.  Drs. Ladisch, Mosier, Ximenes, and myself will take your input to come up with the final ‘design’.

Please edit by Friday (9/18) at 5 PM.  We would like to implement these by the end of next week.

Best,
~Dr. Engelberth
