Hi Suzanne,

I think it would be best to have one person from each lab fill it out—if each room has a safety representative, then they can complete it, as long as we get accurate information for every occupied lab space in Kepner.

I have gotten several questions from people regarding this questionnaire.

The main one is, does everyone in each lab need to fill it out, or just 1 person, such as the safety rep?

And if everyone needs to fill it out, there are many questions that students don't know the answers to;

such as if their lab has biohazardous materials or not.

Suggestions?
