To LASER PULSE Consortium Partners USAID and LASER PULSE seek four-page Concept Notes from multidisciplinary teams of researchers led by a LASER PULSE consortium member institution (Purdue University, Catholic Relief Services, Indiana University, Makerere University, and the University of Notre Dame) for the performance evaluation of Community-Based Disaster Risk Management (CBDRM) programs in the East Asia and Pacific (EAP) region. The evaluation will focus on CBDRM programs carried out during fiscal years 2017 through 2021. The goal of the evaluation is to provide USAID BHA with both an independent review of funded CBDRM programs and an informed basis upon which to plan for future programming. The project period is five months - from July 1, 2022 to November 30, 2022 with total funding amount up to US $172,000. The call for concept notes is attached.
