Dr. Celestin Twizere, Director of
Regional Centre for Excellence in Biomedical Engineering and eHealth
(CEBE), University of Rwanda, is on campus next week and will be giving a talk on collaboration opportunities with CEBE.
CEBE currently serves the entire East African Community which includes Rwanda, Tanzania, Uganda, Kenya, Burundi, and South Sudan. The improvement of biomedical engineering and healthcare delivery capabilities through CEBE
has very broad reach across the continent of Africa.
