We are in the process of recruiting reviewers for the Minority Serving Institutions applications and would like to kindly ask for your help to serve as a reviewer.

Dear Colleagues,


LASER PULSE is in the process of recruiting reviewers for the Minority Serving Institutions applications and would like to kindly ask for your help to serve as a reviewer.


The applications identify development challenges and propose solutions in Africa, Asia, Latin America and Caribbean and are within the development sectors of:

  • Agriculture/Food Security
  • Gender Equality & Women’s Empowerment
  • Climate Change
  • Economic Growth and trade
  • Education
  • Environment, energy and infrastructure


As you know, input from outstanding researchers and development professionals such as yourself is instrumental to the success of our program. We plan to have approximately 4 weeks (February 23 to March 9, 2022) to conduct individual reviews of 4-6 applications, followed by a Consensus Panel meeting. The Consensus Panel meetings will be held virtually using the Zoom platform. The panel meetings will occur during the weeks between March 14 and March 25, 2022 and specific dates will be communicated to you in advance.
