Colleagues -
I wanted to share a few thoughts with you as the semester is winding down. First, thanks to all of you for what, from my perspective, has been a successful
first fall semester for Flex Lab.
As things get hectic with the end of the year approaching, please continue to make an effort to keep the public areas of the building like the work cafes,
meeting rooms and focus booths clean. If you leave food scraps in the sink, kindly clean them out - feel free to use the garbage disposal. There is a bottle of spray cleaner under the work cafe sinks; please use it to clean up in the event of a spill. It's
easy for the Keurig machines to get dirty, so watch for overflows or full K-cup bins. Reid and I will be happy to show you how to clean these out.
Finally, please remember that the building is open to the public on weekdays from 8 am to 5 pm. After-hours access to the building is limited to those
with card access, and if you bring guests to the building after-hours, you've agreed to be responsible for their behavior. When the building is locked, please don't prop the doors open or allow unescorted visitors to enter.
I'll have a few more end of the semester messages / reminders to share over the next few days. Best wishes to you as the fall academic calendar is winding
down.
