This semester's goal is to have everyone complete their PDHs! Your peers and TAs take time to put on some amazing technical and non-technical sessions so that you can better support your technical team, learn more about our chapter's projects, and give you tips for your professional development! The PDH calendar is below so pick your 5 or 10 favorites!

Exams, Wellness, Balance

Midterms are upon us! Remember that taking care of yourself will help you do better on exams. Taking structured breaks while studying increases focus and efficiency while preventing burnout. Additionally, sleep strengthens memory and improves recall. Good luck, everyone!
