I wanted to send a reminder regarding the
OIGP
annual Spring Reception
taking place on Wednesday, May 1st, 2024 from 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM in the PMU North and South Ballrooms. We are
one week away from the application deadline of Friday, March 1st. Please see the email below for submission links and event details. I hope that you will consider presenting your work at the OIGP Spring Reception, right now I only have
one ESE poster registered and I would love to see more of you there!
Also, don’t forget that if you are a
First Author with a publication dated between April 1, 2023 – March 31, 2024
we are planning to showcase and highlight those, so please complete the following Qualtrics by

Office of Interdisciplinary Graduate Programs (OIGP) for our 15th annual
Spring Reception in celebration of interdisciplinary graduate student research! This time around, the event will be expanded to include Academic and Industry Panels, Past MOIPA Alumni Keynote, and Networking Reception. An

I highly encourage you to submit a presentation for the event! Also, please consider applying for the Most Outstanding Interdisciplinary Project Award (MOIPA), the winner of which will receive
$1,000. If you would like to apply for the MOIPA, be sure to submit a Poster Presentation as well.
The Poster and MOIPA Award submission deadline is Friday, March 1st, 2024.
