Good afternoon ESE,

We are excited to announce the Fall 2019 ESE SymposiumIt will be held on Thursday, October 17th and Friday, October 18th and is titled “Sustainable Development Goals: Are We Chasing Unicorns?”  There will be engaging discussion of the tradeoffs and synergies between the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).  This symposium will include a video competition, disaster simulation, panel discussion, and keynote speaker.  Our website will continue to be updated as more details are nailed down, so check back for a more detailed schedule.

Please mark your calendars and plan to join us!  A Save the Date flyer is below and attached.  If you’d like some more to post in your areas just let me know and I’ll happily send some to you.  Our Marketing Committee made a version to represent each of the 17 SDGs. J

Hope to see you all in October!
