SPECIAL INVITE

 

On Tuesday, April 26, 2011 at 3:30-6:30PM in 2-425 Lilly Hall, the 2010-2011 incoming ESE Cohort is presenting their semester projects on planetary boundaries. There will be six presentation with each focused on the limits/thresholds set by Rockstrom et al. (4 page paper attached: “A safe operating space for humanity - Identifying and quantifying planetary boundaries that must not be transgressed could help prevent human activities from causing unacceptable environmental change….”) for a specific focus area.  Focus areas that will be highlighted are:  

Please join us in Lily 2-425, from 3:30-6:30pm, as they present their findings and open the floor for what will likely be a lively discussion. (Come as you can even if you cannot be present for the entire block of time)
