Good afternoon!

Below is a message from the 2023 ESE Cohort:

Hi everyone,

This is a friendly reminder that the deadline for submitting your abstracts is tomorrow, September 26! The 2023 ESE cohort highly encourages you to participate, as this is a fantastic opportunity to present your work to an audience from diverse disciplines. Remember, you can recycle posters you’ve presented at other events or share preliminary results from ongoing projects. We want to learn about your research! Plus, you’ll have the chance to compete for awards and enjoy free food along the way! Undergraduates and graduate students from all areas of research are welcome to participate!

2023 ESE Cohort

Next week is the 18th Annual ESE Symposium!  Please try and attend to help support this cohort in all the hard work that they’ve completed over the past several months.  Continue to share and invite others to attend as it will be a great event!  This year’s theme being "The Future of WATERS", created by the 2023 ESE Cohort, the symposium will explore six critical themes around water: Wellbeing, Access, Technology, Ecological Impacts, Resilience, and Sustainability, addressing issues such as water quality, security, policy, and access.   On the first day, the students will be hosting Dan Egan, a New York Times bestselling author.  Then on the second day, students will host a panel discussion followed by a poster session.  Attached you will find flyers for Dialogue with Dan, our panel discussion, and a call for posters, along with additional details listed below. This should be a great event, and we cannot wait to see everyone!
