Please exercise caution if using the labs and do not work with equipment alone. ________________________________ Laces for Lisa Fundraiser at HotBox Pizza - March 14 Laces for Lisa is a 5K Run/Walk held on April 27th in memory of Lisa Strueh. HotBox offered to dedicate a day to Laces for Lisa where 20% of all sales will be donated. All buyers have to do is mention "Laces for Lisa 5K" before ordering (in store or delivery). See attached flyer for details. ________________________________ MATHCOUNTS - March 9 This is a fun mathematics competition for 6/7/8 graders. Purdue is hosting the State competition and we expect about 220 students from all over Indiana. The majority of volunteers will be helping with the scoring effort. Lunch is provided! The DKC EPICs team is co-hosting the 3rd annual Inspire to Innovate in partnership with The Anvil and Deaf Kids Code. This is a free interactive event that is targeted to get kids including those with disabilities interested in STEM. We are looking to have EPICs teams that would like to showcase their project at an interactive booth for the event on Sunday April 7th from 2-5pm at The Anvil.
