Important EPICS Week 11 Announcements ________________________________ Delivering this Semester? If your team plans to deliver your project this semester, be sure to complete the EPICS delivery checklist. This includes projects that have final deliverables of non-tangible products (project plans, formal recommendations, etc). Find more information on the delivery process at https://engineering.purdue.edu/EPICS/teams/team-documents/project-delivery. Remember, without a checklist, you will not receive an EPICS delivery t-shirt. ________________________________ Skill Session Attendance We have had a major issue this semester with people not showing up to skill sessions they have signed up for. If you have signed up for a skill session and cannot attend, we understand - things come up. If this occurs, and you know you won't be able to attend a session, please go to MyEPICS and deregister. Leaving yourself registered occupies slots that other students could use and causes significant mental anguish to the TA teaching the session. ________________________________ Evening with the Old Masters - November 6th - Counts for one PDH Meet the Old Masters - A long-standing Purdue tradition that connects distinguished professionals to the student body in order to broaden perspectives, unite generations, and inspire one another to move the world forward together as Boilermakers. See attached flier for details. ________________________________ Three Day Startup - November 10th to 12th A weekend entrepreneurship event which emphasizes learning-by-doing to teach students how to build companies. Learn from mentors and investors with real experience. All meals and materials are provided.
