Welcome to EPICS,

  1. All EPICS students are required to complete the EPICS Lab Safety Awareness and Use Guidelines badge in Purdue Passport during their first week of lab.  To do so, please follow the instructions below.  If you earned the badge last semester, you don’t need to repeat this process.

Completing the badge will give you access to the EPICS Labs using your Purdue ID card, which may become handy during evenings and weekends.  Those who earned the badge last semester, and have registered in EPICS before today, should have card access starting on Monday Jan 13.

  1. Students are required to document their work and reflections in virtual notebooks.  To access your team notebook,

Your TA may provide additional instructions on how to copy the Student Template and rename it with your name, as well as, under which project section your notebook pages should be placed.

Please let me know if you have any questions or reach out to your team’s TA.

Thanks,
