Important EPICS Week 7 Announcements
Design Documents – All teams should be uploaded by end of day today.
Your design documents should be updated and uploaded to sharepoint on the day of your lab this week.

Upload Instructions
o
Convert your document to a PDF and name it SPRING18_ MIDTERM _YOURTEAM_YOURPROJECT.PDF.
o
Navigate to the Design Review Sharepoint at
https://sharepoint.ecn.purdue.edu/epics/designreview/ and then find the correct day of the week for your team and your team’s folder.
o
Upload your PDF and delete any old versions.
Design Reviews

Dress code is business casual or better.
·
Plan to use the podium PC, not your personal laptop. Preferably bring your presentation on a flash drive.
·
Do not log in/out of the podium PC with your personal account.
·
Leave the GoToMeeting session on and do not adjust the screen sharing.
·
Teams are responsible for inviting their community partners and any guest reviewers from on-campus (faculty, etc.).
Service Learning Summit –
Feb 28
The Purdue Office of Engagement currently accepting abstracts for the 3rd annual Engagement and Service-Learning Summit, Feb-28. Students are encouraged to showcase posters
and projects dedicated to community engagement and research done through service-learning courses or engagement organizations.
