Greetings from the CARES Hub!
March 3 – 7, 2025 is Mental Health Action Week (MHAW) at Purdue! There are MHAW activities on campus each day this week. If you’d like to join in the learning and the fun click
HERE for the schedule of events. CARES is hosting its own MHAW event on Friday, March 7, 2025, in the ARMS Atrium from 1:30 – 3:30 p.m.
“Canines, Cookies & Calm.” Please join us in creating some calm by cuddling with some cute canines and crunching on some cookies. Yes, we love alliteration almost as much as we love dogs😊.
All engineering students, staff and faculty are encouraged to attend! Are you thinking about how you can personally make a difference for Mental Health Action Week? We recommend registering for a Question Persuade Refer (QPR) suicide prevention training course. Trainings
are held around campus all semester long. For a list of training dates and locations click
HERE. Interested in hosting your own QPR training for your class, department, group, or organization? Please contact CARES Director Kristy Eaton at
