A reminder that Monday's Weekly Meeting at 3pm will be led by our Student Leadership Council officers and will be for students and postdocs only. The following Monday, Aug. 28^th will be dedicated for all faculty investigators with an open discussion. (reminder to investigators to submit your revised Y3 budget request to me by Monday morning).

Calling All R enthusiasts - many of you responded recently that you are interested in learning to use R for data analytics and solving research questions.

 

Dr. Priyanka Baloni & Dr. Anke Tukker will be hosting a bi-weekly session for those interested in learning R and solving their research related questions. Participants only need to bring their laptop with R and R studio installed.  We will have an interactive session where we try to solve coding related questions and learn new things related to data analysis and visualization using R. We invite everyone to work on their own R projects, ask questions and learn from each other. 

The first session will be held in DLR conference room 221 on September 6^th from 3:30-4:30 pm. There is an option to attend it in-person or virtually. Purdue folks are encouraged to attend in person.
