Dear EMBRIO Members,
Join us this afternoon for the All-Hands Lab Meeting 3pm ET, featuring integrative research building from the Piezo research by the Zartman lab now extended into investigating the role of Piezo during wound closure across different model systems. The collaboration
involves multiple EMBRIO labs including Zartman lab, Umulis Lab, Pienaar lab, and the Deng lab.
Jeremy Zartman will introduce the topic and Nilay Kumar will be the lead presenter laying out the
“Role of mechanosensitive ion channels in epithelial wound closure”. There will be plenty of time for group discussion and engagement.
Cheers,
Brent
