Hello Everyone, Please find attached the Hazard Assessment Certification for working in FRNY offices. It is dated 2015, but I just checked with REM and we only need to update the certification for offices if new hazards are introduced. Having the same type of activities in our offices as last year, we do not need to update the certification at this point. I keep the original document in my office (FRNY G041D), with the safety records for our School, and I attach this document for your information. Should you have any questions, please let me know.
