Hi, We've been experiencing issues with atom and / or the network connection to atom over the last two days. You may have seen this manifest itself with "Delayed write failures" in windows, slowness when sending or manipulating emails especially if you use ECN's mail system (as opposed to exchange/outlook), and general slowness when using any ECN deployed machine or connecting to atom from a non-ecn deployed machine. I have been in contact with ECN since yesterday on this issue - things seem to clear up late Thursday afternoon but it also appears the issues have now started again late this morning. ECN is looking into the issue and I will send out an update when I have any additional information. I'm sorry for the inconveniences this is causing and please know I am experiencing the same issues myself.
