Currently ITAP is reporting that the issue may be resolved by 4pm. If in the future you suspect issues with your Exchange (Outlook) account you can try these steps: See if you can connect via the web interface at http://owa.purdue.edu Check ITAP's service status on this page: http://www.itap.purdue.edu/infrastructure/operations/change/calendar.cfm Currently the Outlook/Exchange issue is listed as the second item ("Active Directory Outage"). Check ECN's home page - when there are issues affecting a large portion of Engineering they will put a red banner at the top of the page with information: https://engineering.purdue.edu/ECN I'd suggest bookmarking these three pages now so the next time Outlook isn't behaving you can check the pages. Also, when you have a computer issue the best place to send a request for help is this page: https://engineering.purdue.edu/ECN/AboutUs/ContactUs Remember to select Chemical Engineering for the department.
