Hello everyone, The ChE GSO is hosting a Thanksgiving Food Drive! Donation boxes will be available in the FRNY Atrium from November 18th to 25th. All donations will be delivered to the Food Finders Food Bank Warehouse in Lafayette. Below are some guidelines on the types of food items we’re looking for: * Canned fruits, vegetables, fish, meats, soups, stews, and ready-to-eat meals (in cans or boxes) are greatly appreciated. * 100% fruit juices, dry cereals, peanut butter, beans, boxed rice, and pasta are also in high demand. * Produce like potatoes and onions can be donated closer to the end date. * Please note that we cannot accept homemade food, open containers, bags, or glass jars (including baby food). We would appreciate it if all items are in their original packaging. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out.
