For unrenovated rooms (there are only 20 or so), the "front" of the key will contain 5 numbers and occasionally a letter. For most of the building the key will look like the bottom key in the attached picture and will have 2 letters then 2 or 3 numbers.****

One exception to the front/back rule is the recently renovated ground floor. For those, please include the number (usually 1-20) that is in the top area of the front of the key as well as what is on the back.****
