Update for cylinder handling procedures
Hello, This is the update of cylinder handling procedures. We try to improve this procedure to be more safe for those who get-put cylinders to the storage-delivery area and those who use nearby pathway for walk and ride. Two updates include: 1. Use Traffic Cones and don't leave cylinders unstrapped. 2. Oxidizing gases (e.g. oxygen, nitrous oxide, nitrogen dioxide, ...), gases that supports combustion by definition, can't be stored with flammables. Put such cylinders to nonflammable gases. Thank you for your commitment to ChE safety.
