Dr. Donald Miller (Ph.D.'94) - 2012 Industrial R&D Award. The award is for outstanding achievement in the industrial practice of chemical engineering toward the successful development and commercialization of pharmaceutical and biomedical products. Dr. E. Terry Papoutsakis (Ph.D. '79, M.S. '76) - 2012 James E. Bailey Award. This award is presented to an individual who has had an important impact on bioengineering and whose achievements have advanced the profession.
