Martin Jischke Dr. The SAFE training is a two and a half hour long program that introduces women to self defense. The program consists of a one hour safety talk/awareness session, a video and a one hour long introduction to basic physical defense tactics. The program is free of charge and the minimum age for participants is thirteen. Affiliation with the University is not required to register, and participants will be registered in the order in which the requests are received.
