Office Cleaning Pilot Program – Office Impact and Feedback
Dear ChE Community, As you may have heard already, our building is participating in the Building Services Office Cleaning Pilot Program, and I would like to share a brief overview of how this initiative affects individual and shared office spaces. As part of the pilot, office and office cubicle cleaning will occur on a monthly schedule. Additionally, individual office trash and recycling pickup has been discontinued. More centralized landfill and recycling bins are now located in the hallways, and office occupants are responsible for taking their waste and recycling to these collection areas as needed. This pilot is intended to evaluate service changes while continuing to support a clean, healthy, and functional work environment. To ensure the program does not negatively affect daily operations, feedback from building occupants is essential. Observations related to cleanliness, waste management, or any operational concerns should be communicated promptly so they can be reviewed and addressed as part of the pilot process. Please direct any questions, concerns, or feedback regarding this program to Jason Davenport, our Building Deputy, who is collecting input on behalf of Building Services. For spills or messes that cannot wait until the next scheduled cleaning, assistance is available by calling 765-494-7107 or emailing bldg-svcs@purdue.edu. Additional details about the pilot, including scope, timeline, and contacts, are available in the attached PDF. Thank you for your cooperation and engagement as we participate in this pilot. Your feedback plays an important role in informing future service and operational decisions. Sincerely, Joshua --- Joshua Gonzalez Associate Operations Administrator [cid:c646aac4-f92b-488a-8b43-66eca94db520] o: (765) 494-4365 | [cid:7121cb34-9b44-42df-8863-df0c93dc1b7e] f: (765) 494-0805 [cid:e9c803ff-5a24-4ca3-b7c7-046b93b817de]
