Dear ChE Staff,
On behalf of the School Head Dr. Kim and the Executive Officer Dr. Corti, the Davidson School of Chemical Engineering will be holding a town hall for all staff to join via WebEx (info found below) on
Wednesday, March 25 at 2:00 p.m. ET. In this town hall, the School will address the current state of affairs regarding the CoViD-19 plan for our School and how it relates to usual operations as well as any related questions. The ChE Business Office
will also be available to answer questions.
Prior to this town hall, please submit any and all questions you would like discussed to Jennifer Merzdorf (jmerzdo@purdue.edu)
by 11:00 a.m. ET on Wednesday, March 25. Jennifer will serve as the moderator, who is charged with sorting and grouping those questions for the School’s review. Questions that are approved will be discussed and answered in the town hall to the
best of the School’s and the ChE Business Office’s ability.
Please note, due to the high volume/traffic that WebEx is experiencing campus wide, we ask that you please refrain from streaming any video and
ONLY share your audio. The best connection will likely be to call in via phone, this will help minimize the load we have on the available campus bandwidth.
It is our hope that this will provide needed clarity and we look forward to everyone’s attendance, remotely of course. We all appreciate the efforts everyone has made to continue the School operations as best as possible given the circumstances.
