Subject: Invitation to Annual Picnic

Hello all,

I would like to invite you to this year's annual departmental picnic, in which we welcome the first-year students to the program.  The details are as follows:

What: Welcome Week Picnic
Who: Chemical Engineering Graduate Students, Faculty, and Staff
Where: Happy Hollow Park Shelter #1
When: Monday, August 15th; 11:30 am - 1:30 pm
Why: To welcome the first year students to the department and enjoy some free Potbelly sandwiches

Transportation to Happy Hollow is on your own.  If you are interested/able to carpool, please meet in the atrium at 11:15.  The first-year students will be bussed over this year, so there will be no need to drive any of them.
