Hello Everyone,

I’ve been asked to send a note to let you all know that the department is going to be giving scheduling priority for conference room 3062B to graduate students who have to do their exams (Quals, Prelim, Defenses). This is because the room now has a new TV screen that works very well for power point presentations, and the administration would like graduate students who are doing their exams to have first priority when it comes to booking this room.  The department will try to accommodate other requests, of course, but we just wanted to let you know that the grad students who are scheduling exams will be given first priority.
