Hi everyone, 

This year’s Symposium will be held on August 19^th.  

The poster session will be run using the platform, SpatialChat. This platform allows you to zoom in and out of the posters which will allow for text and graphical images to be large enough to read. Posters should be saved in .PNG format. It is highly recommended to use Google Chrome when using SpatialChat. 

The deadline to sign up for your poster presentation is July 15^th. 

Please use the link here to provide the required information about your posters. 

We will assemble posters as "research posters" and "group posters". Please state whether yours is a research or a group poster as you are entering information into the spreadsheet. The group posters are meant only for those summarizing in total a group’s work. These group posters will not be judged and therefore are not eligible for prizes like the research posters are; however, they will be helpful for first-year graduate students and interested attendees trying to get an overall idea of the work done in your respective labs.
