Hello All, 

On behalf of myself and the Graduate Student Organization (GSO), I would like to cordially invite you to the 2022 Purdue Chemical Engineering Graduate Research Symposium! Symposium will take place tomorrow, August 18, 2022, from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST.

The symposium consists of three main events:

Keynote Address:

This year's keynote speaker is Gautam Kumar, Ph.D.. Dr. Kumar is a Purdue alumnus, earning his Ph.D. in 2007 advised by Professor Steve Beaudoin, and he is currently a Director and General Manager in the Global Supply Chain Organization of Intel Corporation. His keynote address will take place in G140 from 8:30 am to 9:30 am. 

Student Seminar Presentations:

Senior Ph.D. students will be giving twenty-minute seminar presentations about their independent research. This will be a great opportunity for you to learn more about the great research of your peers and our department. These talks will be given in the morning from 9:30 am to 12:05 pm and in the afternoon from 2:25 pm to 5:00 pm.

Poster Showcase:

The Poster Showcase will take place in the atrium from 12:55 pm to 2:25 pm. We encourage you to join us for lunch beforehand and please feel free to walk around and interact with posters that catch your attention. A few group posters will also be presented providing more generalized information on group specific work being conducted in the department.
