Hello Everyone, I am sending you this message to let you know that Jill Mears resigned her position effective January 22, 2015 and is no longer working at Purdue. It is my goal to minimize the impact on our school as much as possible, so we are working on scheduling assistance in our office. I will be coordinating with a few highly qualified account managers from other schools to work with me on faculty portfolios. We will be going through each faculty member's accounts and projections this week. Our immediate deadline is the PAR deadline of February 19th, so please be aware that we will be contacting faculty members with outstanding PARs to setup meetings to review and sign your PARs. It is also very important that anyone that has outstanding items with Jill please forward those messages or situations to me as soon as possible; please do not hesitate to send me anything that you think that I may need in managing your accounts. I will be reviewing these and ensuring that all of these items are also addressed as quickly as possible. Since we will have a few individuals from other areas assisting us in the account management, please note that you may be receiving emails from people that you may not recognize. I will be very involved in this process, so please don't hesitate to email me, call me, or even schedule a meeting with me to discuss any questions or concerns that you may have.
