I am a Supervisor with Building Services and am newly responsible for your building.

I am asking for your understanding in our frequencies of cleaning in the building. Due to budget cuts, Building Services has had to reduce the number of custodians. This compounded with the relentless weather has affected our ability to get into your offices as often as we would like. I can tell you my team takes tremendous pride in the condition of the building, and is frustrated by not being able to provide their best service. Time simply doesn't allow it. We need to make something our lowest priority and, unfortunately, right now the offices are it.
