Procurement Services announces new pause date for catalog orders, available= resources

Procurement Services, in preparation of the General Ledger (Finance) go-= live, has updated its How to Buy web page. The updates share information regarding the pause= -date interim purchasing processes.

May 9, 2018 by 5 p.m. is the deadline for Fiscal Approv= ers to have all requisitions in Ariba approved. The interim process for Non= -Catalog orders will begin May 10, 2018.

NEW!! Catalog Orders: Requesters can c= ontinue using Ariba Catalogs from May 10 to May 31, 2018. Fiscal Approvers = should have all catalog requisitions approved in Ariba by 5 p.m. on May 31, 2018.
