RE: Temporary, Alternate Roads for SR 26 and Airport Road

SR 26 Roadwork Planned for Sept. 9

On Friday, September 9, 2011, State Road 26 at Newman Road (west of campus), will have a temporary “runaround” or alternate road in place until October 25, 2011.

This runaround will divert traffic to allow for the installation of a culvert on SR 26.

Airport Road Update

An alternate road has been created to divert traffic off Airport Road just north of the railroad tracks. After the work is completed, the road will be milled and paved. This project is expected to be completed by the end of next week (week of September 5).
