Subject: [Che-staff-list] Presentation/training on Active Threats - Tuesday November 5
Importance: High

Hello Everyone!

Deputy Chief Keene Red Elk, from Purdue Police Department will present exclusively for our School on “Active Threats”. His presentation/training is scheduled for next week on Tuesday, November 5, from 3-4 pm, in FRNY G140; please add this date to your calendar!

This is a very informative presentation/training and I strongly encourage everyone to participate. Please let any visitor researchers in your group know about this session and encourage them to  attend. The session is relevant to everyone and gives tips on how to identify and deal with the diverse active threats we can encounter on campus and not only, potential violent situations, emergencies, etc. There will be a reception in the Atrium before the event, 2:30 – 2:55 pm, with donuts and coffee.

I hope everyone can attend! Should you have any questions, please let me know.

Sincerely,

Gabriela

On behalf of the ChE safety Committee
