Hello Everyone!

Please read the message below concerning a change to how you can access your W-2.  For clarification those W-2s that are currently in ESS, from previous years, will still be available through ESS(Employee Portal.)  However, any forms from THIS year and going forward will be available in ADP.  This is not necessarily clear in the below message, so I wanted to point this out.  Also, those individuals who have terminated employment during this year will receive information concerning ADP in the mail.

Online W-2 Services Now Available to Purdue Employees

Purdue University Payroll Services is excited to announce online W-2 Form services for all Purdue employees. W-2 forms will be available online on-demand, eliminating the need to wait for forms to be mailed and the possibility of lost mail, providing the ability to print as many copies as necessary, and allowing access to W-2 forms as early as possible. Purdue has partnered with ADP to offer these services beginning with the 2014 tax year. ADP, Inc. is a trusted and data security-focused provider of HR, payroll, talent, time, tax, and benefits administration, serving hundreds of thousands of organizations over ADP’s 65 year history. Benefits of opting-in to online W-2 services · On-demand access to W-2 Forms · Allows employees to print copies at their discretion · Access to W-2 Form up to 10 business days prior to mail delivery option · Eliminates mail delivery complications · Eliminates mail security concerns · Provides an avenue for former Purdue University employees to retrieve tax information quickly and easily, without the need to contact the University for assistance All employees are encouraged to register for online access to their W-2, even if they still wish to receive their W-2 via mail. In order to opt in to paperless W-2 Form delivery for the 2014 tax year, employees must register on or prior to December 31, 2014. Additional information and instructions for opting in can be found at http://www.purdue.edu/business/payroll/taxes/W-2Services.html. Employees will receive this and additional information regarding W-2 services via Purdue Today and campus mail. Student employees will receive this information via email from PayrollServices@purdue.edu and via mail. Optionally, Business Offices can display or distribute the W-2 Services Flyer.
