BE ADVISED – This email pertains to the problems occurring on the new side of the building only. Zones are working on making the repairs needed for the 3^rd floor cooling that failed but I do not know the status at this time. Hopefully they will have the unit back into normal operation soon.

Ground , first and second floors are being affected by techs working on the control panels for the air handlers and has thrown the balance of air supplied to the labs off. The odor that is present is due to the fume hoods exhausting out and sewer gas being pulled out of any drain traps that have dried out.

Work on the control panels should be done shortly and air supply back on. It would be beneficial for all labs to pour water down every drain to make sure the traps are full so they not let any gas into the room. If you have questions please contact me. Thanks.
