Hello Everyone,
The Chemical Engineering Safety Committee is happy to invite nominations for the 2021 ChE Excellence in Safety Award. Please find attached the nomination form, award description and details on eligibility and selection criteria.
Nomination Process: Any ChE faculty member, staff, graduate or undergraduate student performing research can nominate any
eligible ChE graduate student. A nominator can support only one candidate. Please submit your nominations to Gabriela Nagy at
nagyg@purdue.edu, by 5 pm on Monday, May 10, 2021. Nominations should not exceed 250 words (please use the attached template) and should include specific examples.
Due Date for nominations: May 10, 2021, with the award to be presented during the Graduate Research Symposium in August 2021.
Selection: The selection will be made by the ChE Excellence in Safety Award Committee, and communicated to all School employees and students.
