Dear Colleagues,

I am very pleased to inform that Diane Klassen will join our School as Director of Development (DoD) on August 8.   

Diane holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology (minor - Social Work) from IUPUI, where she also completed one year of graduate studies. After a number of leadership positions in various sectors, she served as Division Director for the March of Dimes during 2006-08.  She joined Purdue University as DoD for the President’s Council in July 2008 and has served as DoD for the School of Aeronautics & Astronautics for the last two years.  With her experience and demonstrated fund-raising skills, Diane will help our School meet the aggressive Development goals we have established.
