Dear Colleagues,

The seminar of faculty candidate Dr. Alessandro Butte is scheduled for Monday, May 12, 9-10:30 am in FRNY 3059.  His PhD degree is from ETH-Zurich (2000) and he is currently a Senior researcher there - his CV is attached fyi. 

This is not a required seminar for graduate students.  As always, however, I particularly encourage all those who are interested in an academic career to attend, for an opportunity to see how such seminars are presented and how the Q&A goes.
