As you may have read, the College of Engineering is now accepting nominations for the annual
CoE Staff Awards of Excellence. As only one nomination per award category may be submitted from each School, we will first coordinate nominations internally.
If you would like to nominate a colleague, please send me the name(s) and your desired award category by
end of day Friday, September 12, 2025. This will allow our committee to review all submissions and finalize our School’s nominations ahead of the College’s deadline of
Friday, October 3, 2025.

Dear Colleagues,
On behalf of Dean Arvind Raman and the
Dean’s Staff Advisory Committee (DSAC), nominations for the 24th annual CoE Staff Awards of Excellence for College of Engineering Staff are now being accepted. Please find the nomination information and criteria here:
There are eleven separate awards that will be recognized this year, including:
- Team Award
- Leah H. Jamieson Leadership Award
- Professional Achievement Award
- Customer Service Award– Professional & Management
- Customer Service Award– Support Staff
- New Employee Award – Professional & Management
- New Employee Award – Support Staff
- Business Office Staff – Professional, Management & Service
- Academic Advisor Award
- Research Staff Award
- Long Term Impact Award
Faculty and staff may review the nomination categories and selection criteria and nominate deserving staff members in all classifications. Nominations are due by
5:00 pm on Friday, October 3, 2025.
This year, nominations will be submitted through the Reviewr, a software tool which collects and manages nominations. Nominators will need to begin by selecting
Create An Account. If you have any questions, please contact Chelsea Cummings at

Recipients will be recognized at the Staff Awards Banquet which will take place on December 12th, so be sure to keep an eye out for your personal invitation.
